These terms govern your use of GainTrack. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Please read the health notice in section 4 before you train.

1. Who we are

GainTrack is a workout tracking app built and run by Vladyslav Kovalenko, an independent developer based in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. You can reach us at vlad2008.kovalenko@gmail.com or by phone on +380 66 230 32 85.

Purchases are sold and invoiced by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. Paddle’s own details appear on your invoice.

2. Who may use GainTrack

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to online contracts, that age applies instead.

Open an account for yourself only. You are responsible for everything done under it.

3. Your account

GainTrack runs in two ways. A local account lives only in your browser’s storage on the device you created it on — we never receive it, and clearing your browser data deletes it for good. A cloud account signs in through our server, so the same login works on more than one device.

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at vlad2008.kovalenko@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

4. Health and safety — please read

GainTrack is a training log, not a medical service. Nothing in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and none of it comes from a doctor.

Talk to a physician before you start or change a training programme — especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or living with a heart, joint, or blood-pressure condition.

You train at your own risk. Stop at once and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest tightness, or shortness of breath. The weights, repetitions and rest times shown in the app are generic suggestions, not a programme prescribed for your body.

5. Free and Pro

The free plan gives you the full training log with up to three routines and two squad members. Pro lifts both limits and adds the complete history range, every theme and accent, and data export.

We may change what a plan includes. If a change materially reduces something you have already paid for, you may cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part.

6. Prices, billing and renewal

Pro is sold as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may include tax depending on where you live.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price in force at renewal, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will tell you before any price increase that affects a renewal, so that you can cancel first.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf, under the terms set out in our refund policy. In short: ask within 30 days of a payment and you get it back.

8. Your data and your content

Your training data is yours. We claim no ownership of it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not sell it to anyone.

You can export everything the app holds at any time. What we store, and where, is set out in the privacy policy.

9. Using the app fairly

Please do not break the law with GainTrack, try to break into it, resell or rent access to it, copy its code or design, or point automated tools at our servers.

We may suspend or close an account used for any of that, or for payment fraud and chargeback abuse.

10. Availability

We work to keep GainTrack running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and parts of the app may be retired.

Local mode keeps working without our servers, so an outage on our side does not lock you out of your own training log.

11. Our rights in the app

The app, its design, its code, its icons and its exercise catalogue belong to us. Your account carries a personal, non-transferable right to use them, and nothing more.

12. Ending the agreement

You may stop using GainTrack and delete your account whenever you like. We may end the agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms seriously.

If we close a paid-up account without cause, we refund the unused part of the subscription.

13. Liability

GainTrack is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for injury arising from training, for lost data, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence — or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change matters to you we will show a notice in the app before it takes effect, and using GainTrack afterwards means you accept the new version.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
